Three cozy double bedrooms, one twin room with two separate single beds, and one single bedroom ensure restful nights. The special feature: every room has its own bathroom.
There is also a cozy kitchen-diner fully equipped with a dishwasher, a large seating area, and a couch, as well as a comfortable, rustic living room with a flat-screen TV, a small library, and a reading chair.

Our rooms are cozy, inviting, stylish, and comfortable. Natural materials, creative, handmade, and thoughtful details create a warm and inviting atmosphere. An added touch of comfort: each room has its own small bathroom.

Out of respect for other guests, pets are not allowed!
You'll find many interesting shops and a variety of retail outlets.
In St. Andrä (about 2 km away), you'll find two grocery stores and a bank.
In Milland/Brixen (about 9 km away) there is a Eurospar supermarket, open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
A culinary tip nearby: the rustic Aichner farmhouse tavern is within walking distance.
In our sports area Plose, you'll find a restaurant with a pizzeria, a tennis court, a paddle tennis court, and a foosball table, a fully automated bowling alley, and a small playground for children.

In the event of cancellation of the vacation, the following cancellation terms apply (Art. 1382 of the Swiss Civil Code): Cancellation is free of charge up to three months prior to arrival. From three months up to four weeks prior to arrival, we will charge you for three days of the total cost of the vacation. Within the last four weeks prior to arrival, the cancellation fee amounts to 100% of the total cost of the trip.
In the event of a late arrival or early departure, we will charge 100% of the apartment price.
