This is what makes it into an ideal place for eating, reading, sunbathing, relaxing or just lazing around.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Size app. 100 m\u00b2, first floor<\/li>\n<li>2-9 persons<\/li>\n<li>4 double rooms and 1 single room<\/li>\n<li>every room with shower and WC<\/li>\n<li>eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, lounge with TV<\/li>\n<li>balcony facing the South (10 m\u00b2)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The spacious eat-in kitchen is equipped with fridge, freezer, dishwasher, ceramic stove top, oven, fume hood, filter coffee machine, water boiler, toaster, a sitting lounge and a sofa. Two out of the four bedrooms, which <strong>are all attached to separate showers and WCs<\/strong>, can also be used as triple bed rooms.
